Second Quarter market report of all sold Palm Beach Homes

I am proud to announce that on July 2nd we sold an unlisted property at 255 Clarke Avenue asking $10.9 million, which will show up on next Quarter’s Report.  It is a fabulous Landmarked home and was suited perfectly to it’s new owners who are looking forward to making Clarke Avenue their Palm Beach home.
